"I studied Latvian at B2 level. From the very beginning, there were issues with administration. They didn’t respond by email or phone, making it difficult to get information related to the courses. I studied remotely, and my teacher was Ilze. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything good about the experience. While she is a good person, I didn’t feel comfortable with her as a teacher. She didn’t seem to know how to work with adults, and her behavior made it feel like we were students in a school. She was very focused on preparing us for the exam and repeated the same things over and over. My main request was more writing practice, as it was my weak area. But in two months, we only wrote two essays. In the end, I didn’t pass the exam because of the writing section. I believe the teacher wasn’t qualified for this type of work."
