He studied at the Latvian State University, Faculty of Modern Languages and obtained the Master’s degree in English Philology. Since 2016 up to now he works as an English language teacher at education and language center ”MIRTE”.

I obtained the Master’s degree in English Philology already in 2008. I have lived and improved my English language skills in the United States of America and the United Kingdom as well. I teach teach the English language (Regular and Business) to both individual clients and different corporate clients, prepare clients for TOEFL and IELTS examinations, as well as customize the methodology and materials of the course to the needs and wants of the client.
I like observing the development of my student’s skills and knowledge, encouraging them to believe in themselves and their abilities, opening the doors of new opportunities that they did not know existed. I work believing that that the language is not only a way of communicating between people, but also a means of expanding their horizons in getting to know and learning about other cultures. By traveling, working and living and at the same time being able to communicate with people outaside of our state borders, we grow and become one with the diverse and the different.
Language proficiency is a tool with which you can accept and be accepted.
A language is the unifying element of understanding, acceptance and empathy. More than 3000 languages are spoken worldwide, and it is precisely the language proficiency that builds the necessary bridge between cultures and countries.
To not understand and reject or to understand and give a choice – that is a question.
